Caramel Corn
8 quarts popped corn,
unsalted Bring all but popcorn to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add 1/2 teaspoon soda. Stir and pour over popcorn. Bake 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes. Also stir after you remove from oven. Put in airtight container.
