Chocolate Malt Coffee Creamer Mix   2 cups instant hot cocoa mix 2/3 cup nondairy powdered coffee creamer 2/3 cup malted milk mix 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon   Mix in food processor or blender to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container with a 1-ounce measuring scoop. Stir 1-2 scoops of mix into one cup of hot water. I like less hot cocoa powder and more malted milk.
