Francine's Texas Cuisine

 

Christmas Wassail   1 gallon apple cider 1 quart orange juice 1 cup lemon juice 1 quart pineapple juice 24 whole cloves 4 sticks cinnamon 1 cup sugar   Mix all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon and cloves. Serve warm in punch cups. Yield 1 1/2 gallons. For festive punch bowl float orange slices stuck with one or two whole cloves.
