Irish Creme

 

4 ounces Swiss Chocolate
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces whipping cream [not whipped]
13 ounces whiskey or vodka
1 small can Pet milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 

Melt chocolate, add eagle brand, whisk until smooth, add coffee, cream, and vanilla. Slowly blend on low heat. Add liquor, cool and refrigerate.
