Swiss Mocha Mix

 

1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
2 cups nonfat dry milk
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
 

Mix in food processor or blender to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container with a 1-ounce measuring scoop. Stir 1-2 scoops of mix into one cup of hot water.
