Toffee Coffee Mix   1 cup instant coffee 1 cup non-dairy creamer 1 cup brown sugar   Mix in food processor or blender to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container with a 1-ounce measuring scoop. Stir 1-2 scoops of mix into one cup of hot water.
