Francine's Texas Cuisine

 

Banana Bread   2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 3 large bananas, well mashed 1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon soda   Combine ingredients and pour into Bundt or small loaf pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until tested done.
