Dumplings

 

1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons Crisco
1/2 cup water
 

Mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco. Add water and mix to form a ball. Roll out and cut in strips. Drop in rapidly boiling chicken broth. Turn down and simmer 30 minutes or until done.
