Jalapeno Jelly
3/4 cup ground
green bell pepper Combine green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, vinegar, and sugar in large saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute; take off top scum. Add green coloring and pectin. Mix thoroughly; bring to boil again and boil for 1 minute. Pour into hot jars and seal. (1/2 cup jars preferable)
