2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coconut
Combine milk,
sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter, and vanilla in electric
blender container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3
minutes. Pour into greased
9” pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with
coconut. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
