Francine's Texas Cuisine

 

Cajun Cake   Cake: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoon soda 2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 large can crushed pineapple   Mix together and bake in 13x9x2 pan 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.   Frosting: 1 stick margarine 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup evaporated milk   Boil 3 minutes. Beat and cool. Add 1/2 cup coconut. Pour over cake.
