Cherry Chocolate Kisses
1 cup margarine Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine margarine, powdered sugar, cherry juice, almond extract, and coloring. Blend well. Stir in flour and salt. Add cherries; mix well. Form dough into 1” balls. Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown around edges. Immediately top each cookie with chocolate kiss. Remove from cookie sheet.
