Chocolate Fudge Nut Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts
Melt butter, shortening, and water. Mix flour, sugar,
cocoa, soda and cinnamon. Mix in other ingredients. Pour
into 13x9x2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
In Bundt pan bake 50 minutes.
