2 cups flour Combine and mix flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Sift and return to sifter. Beat oil and sugar together, beat in eggs and molasses. Sift 1/4 of the flour mixture over molasses. Stir to blend. Repeat until all flour is added. Form teaspoonfuls of dough into small balls, rolling lightly between palms. Roll balls in extra sugar and place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until top is slightly rounded and crackly.
