1 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 - 9 ounce package condensed mincemeat
Cream Crisco and
sugar. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Mix
well. Crumble mincemeat and stir in. Grease cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
