Pistachio Crunch Cake
1 box butter
recipe cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
4 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Combine first 5 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of
this mixture in a greased Bundt pan. Spoon in batter. Pour
remaining mixture on top of batter. Place in a cold over,
then bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
