Zucchini Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup butter, softened
In a
mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar. Beat eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture alternately with
milk. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking
pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45
minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out
clean. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 12-15 servings.
