Barbecued Pork Chops

 

6 pork chops
6 medium onion slices
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup catsup

 

Place pork chops in baking dish, place one onion slice on each pork chop. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Pour over chops and onion slices. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
