Goulash
2 cups raw rice Fry meat and onion in oil for 15 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking. Remove from fire. Add all other ingredients. Pour in 2 quart greased casserole. Be sure cheese is distributed evenly. Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, without stirring. Turn oven down, stir goulash lightly once, cover again and bake 30 more minutes.
