Impossible Tuna Pie
2 - cans tuna (6
½ oz) or 1 can (15 ½ oz) salmon, drained Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10x1½"). Mix tuna, cheeses, onions, and pimiento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes and green onions. Makes 6-8 servings.
