Francine's Texas Cuisine

 

Meatloaf   1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck 1 can stewed tomatoes 2 eggs 1/4 -1/2 cup milk Enough cracker crumbs to stick all together Season with: Worcestershire sauce Salt Pepper Chili powder Ketchup   Mix all together and put ketchup on top. Microwave 15 minutes or until done. Use square glass dish or microwave bundt pan.
