Steak San Marco
2 pounds chuck steak 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 pound tomatoes or 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 teaspoon oregano Pepper and garlic powder to taste 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
In large skillet arrange meat and pour ingredients over. Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice.
