Taco Pockets
1/2 pound
ground beef
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash cayenne powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pocket breads
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat, drain. Add tomato, onions, water, chili
powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Simmer 12-15
minutes. Add salt. Cut each pocket bread in half. Fill each
pocket with meat filling, top each sandwich with lettuce and
cheese.
