Crock Pot Smothered Steak

 

1 1/2 pound chuck or round steak, cut in strips
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 or 2 green peppers, sliced
1 pound can tomatoes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, sliced
4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
10 ounce package frozen green beans, French style

 

Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Stir well to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours [high for 4 hours]. Serve over rice.
