Francine's Texas Cuisine

 

Hominy Casserole   1 large can hominy, drained 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can Jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, grated   Mix together first three ingredients. Place in a greased 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. 6 servings.
