Onion Roasted Potatoes
1 envelope
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 pounds potatoes cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag, add
all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are
coated. Empty into shallow baking dish. Bake, stirring
occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and
golden brown.
TICK-TOCK TATER STICKS
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 - 3/8 ounce package taco seasoning mix
4 baking potatoes cut in 1 inch wedges, unpeeled
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine, pour coating
mix in plastic bag. Dip potato wedges in margarine then drop
in bag, shake to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet skin
side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
